SX-70 Minipulation

In order to minipulate SX-70 Polaroid prints after they had been developed
(as apposed to right after they are taken) I had heard that they could be
re-heated to soften the emulsion again. I tried this but did not get the same
results. The emulsion never got as pliable as when just after exposure.

I made a box with two 100w light bulbs in in. Over the top of the box I put
ceramic tiles.

Has anyone had sucess is softening up the emulsion and gotten the same
results as when minipluated right after exposure?
