Digital has already overtaken the world !!!, it should not be seen as as a
cloud, but in fact a new dawn for both ancient and modern :--)

When we talk about adjusting the curve in digital photography, we are still
talking about the same system except that we use moving the RGB value of 180
to 220. The knowledge is still the same.

However, the advantages of digital system over traditional zone system is
that in the zone system you can basically adjust the whole contrast to go
higher or lower, whereas in digital you can selectively adjust any zone or
any part of your image (e.g. increase the contrast of highlights but decrease
the contrast of shadows, or increase the contrast or adjust the brightness of
just the sky area, etc. )
