Judy,

I find your findings about coating under northlight window and/or fl bulbs
not only fascinating but also a worderful example of another myth put to rest.
I used to coat under a dim red bulb. I have graduated to a 60 watt tungstun
about 1 meter (about 3 ft) over my coating bench. I have alway been to
chicken to try anything brighter. If I do it won't be fl since I hate all
fl light. It makes people look bad (my opinion). The halogen bulbs don't
produce anywhere near the amount of UV that a standard fl bulb turns out.
I don't care for them either except in automobile headlamps. (I know- its
spelled "tungsten")

Why not just leave the electrons on the floor then. The mice will get a
charge out of them and it will be an electrifying experience for you not
to mention the entertainment potential which could currently result. ;-)
