The Kind and Knox gelatin is a photographic grade gelatin. The gelatin is
specified for photographic emulsion applications. I am getting much lower
fog levels with this gelatin over the gelatin available from Photographer's
Formulary, which doesn't seem to be inert. Kind and Knox is at
800-223-9244. They assign a lot number for each customer so they can keep
track of a specific lot - Important for control of the process. Thanks
