RE: Copy of: Alternative Days

Friends

I do not know if others are continuing with arrangements with 'get togethers'
for 1997. I understand that the Amsterdam meeting has had to be postponed.

If no one else has any thing planned now I could explore the feasibility of
setting up something at Bath at the Royal Photographic Society or at Bradford at
the National Museum of Photography etc.

Bath is a world heritage city not far to the west of London. The RPS has a very
fine collection of work by the great platinum, gum and pigment printers from
the turn of the century. It is close to Lacock which has the Fox Talbot Museum.

Bradford, which includes Bronte country within its borders, is about two hundred
miles north of London. The Museum is certainly worth making a journey for.

I have given workshops at both so I know that they would be good places to hold
an alternative seminar. There might even be the chance of a wall to hang some
pictures on.

Is anybody sufficiently interested to make it worthwhile pursuing the matter
further ?
