In the answers I missed one solution:
Why making an selective bleaching at all? Why not bleach the whole image, do
not fix , rinse and soak and ink the part of the image you want to ink and as a
next step, just redevelop, fix and wash. (Overlooked some unknown -to me-
important phenomena?)
For the bromoil paper list :
Three general remarks:
-The treatment I mentioned for coated paper is just to presoak the bonedry
matrix at a temp. of 110 degree F, dry again before the soak before inking at
100 F.
-Resin coated paper ,like the 'old' polycontrast of Kodak, seems to be a good
choice for transfers.
-The bromoil book of David Lewis contains a list of quite a lot of different
papers he experienced with through the years.
