There is no digest mode, and nothing that may be readily done to
make one. There is a great deal of mail reading software out there, and I
know that some can do the sorting of mail for you automatically. I suggest
you investigate this option if you feel it would be useful (don't ask me -
I wade through it manually).

It's a good idea to keep track of these things as with some lists the
listowner will not do the work for you. You will keep getting the list's
messages for a whole year and you won't even be able to post anything.
