Finally a question I can answer. Removing the emulsion from RC paper is
actually quite easy. While the print is in the wash water, use a razor
blade and carefully cut the emulsion from the paper backing at one of the
corners (horizontal to the paper plane). It's important to use a new blade
so you can cut as close to the emulsion as possible. You only need to cut
a quarter inch or so, just enough so you can grab the emulsion and pull
the rest off the paper backing. I've found it works best to keep the paper
submerged and pull slowly. Otherwise, the emulsion will tear. However, it
does pull off fairly easily. The emulsion will curl badly when it dries,
but it can be glued to a number of surfaces.
