My father has made his own wine since before I was born. It is a truly
unique thing, unlike anything I have tasted anywhere else. As much as
I love it, sometimes I prefer a bottle of Beaujaleis-Village.
If you get the results you want hand coating, good for you. I mean
this sincerely. If it(Palladio Paper) does not offer you anything you
want then don't use it.
