Spring Meeting Who is Coming & Hotels

RPS Alternative Photography International Symposium

I am making arrangements with the Bath Tourist Office to find accommodation
for those coming to the spring meeting ( Alternative Photography
International Symposium for the sake of publicity)

I will circulate details of price bands, all those coming will need to do
is e mail their choice of price band to the address I will be giving and
the booking will be made for you. I have provisionally block booked for
seventy with forty doubles. The bands will be from B & B to five star. I
will also give details of hostels but I am afraid that hostel seekers will
need to make their own booking.

I did not think of this until the beginning of this month but we already
have more than fifty people coming. This is before any publicity has gone
onto journals and magazines. Remember that there are only 100 seats in the
lecture theatre.
