I am convinced from the activities here on the List that getting bromoil
paper is a big deal. I will be in Bath and will be working out the details
on adding this to our inventory here at Bostick & Sullivan.

Other news:

I have put up an image by our very own Charlie Palmer. It's from one of his
digital negs and printed by him in Ziatype. It's in the Gallery at

www.bostick-sullivan.com.

There is an article on how to use a coating rod.

An article on Mortenson's 'wet paper negative process.

An article on Mortenson's Etch-a-tone process.

A brief description of his abrasion tone process.

I will be soon putting in an image by our won Art Chakalis done in his new
patented process.

I am also working on fixing some of the higher res pages so those with low
res screens can see them with out Alice covering over some of the text.

There is also a new frame based table of contents.

I am looking for sample images in alt-photo processes. If you have them in
digital format, that would be nice, if not we can work from the images. I
can scan up to A4 size and frame grab from larger sizes. E-mail me first
before sending images.

I am still looking for tips and articles on various alt-photo processes. If
any of you have worked out any scehma for doing a process that you would
like to share, send it to me and I'll try to put it up.

I have refrained from raiding the archives, except for small pieces of
info, any of the longer works I have sought permission from the author.

As Marc so kindly pointed out, this is a commercial site, however only
about 15% percent of the space is devoted to sales information, the rest is
to promote alt-photo. (Which of course, indirectly promotes our business.)
