Hey gang, sorry to send another so soon.

I have just noticed that several people are sending messages to people
and with a CC to the list. This would be cause for double messages.

Solution: in TO: enter: alt-photo-process-l@usask.ca (address of the
list)
and in CC: enter nothing (LEAVE BLANK)
