Le Pages Gum is certainly available as is the Glue which is sold as photo
engraving glue..

What is the slow gum for ?

Incidentally Peter Frederick has tended not to use continuous tone negs for
his whole egg prints. He also found that he had to use a plasticised
paper. I find that pure albumen gives more satisfactory results for me
with the advantage that it can be used on nearly any paper.
