lowest prices we have found.
We also have a local distributer that will sell to individuals if 1) you have
a tax license, 2) if you do a minimum buy per visit, and 3) if you pick your
items from his shelves yourself. We usually pool orders, and have no problem
with minimums. So you might enquire among the watercolorist or oil painters
in the area and see if there is a similar deal. Not all distributers want to
be bothered with individual sales.
