Hi
It would have. It's 1:9 for continuous tone film but 1:20 for lith to
develop to continuous tone. Remember to up the exposure of the lith and
reduce the development time which can be as short as 50 seconds.
I use Multigrade instead of PQ when somebody has forgotten to order the PQ.
There is not a great deal of difference in the end result.
It might be worth asking Ilford why the US is being discriminated against.
No Gloy and now no PQ ! It must be an international conspiracy ! Does the
Unversal sold in the US come in powder or liquid form ?
