<< 4. Place negative in bleach solution. Bleach for two minutes
Bleach - 1 Litre of water
10g Potassium Dichromate
12 mL Sulfuric Acid
*use proper saftey precautions with the bleach chemistry!*

I have found that the following bleach also works well. And while you still
need to be very careful it seems easier to deal with than the sulphuric acid.
Water 120 F. 800 ml
Potassium Dichromate 9.5 g
Sodium Bisulfate 66 grams
Water to make 1 liter
