I've been getting _lots_ of inquiries about the alt-photo list
The list is supposed to be working.
I'm not aware of any changes that have been made here
I am getting an enourmous number of message delayed warnings, and a few
timed out failed messages.
I have not unsubscribed anyone recently.
I am sending an inquiry to our systems people to see if there is a
solution
