I've had numerous people tell me that they want to throw away a lot of
there old prints. I've had reports of Tween taming wild papers. I have also
had some reports that a little Tween works, and a little more makes
splotches and a lot more works very nice, sort of a bi-modal thing. Haven't
checked it out yet, though.<

If you find a good way of doing something then stick to it unless something
better comes along. Tween does help but a combination of humidification and
gelatine size works well for me in that it gives better contrast, apparent
sharpness and ease of coating without brush marks than I would get with
untreated papers.

I hold no brief for Rolls Royce. They seem to make cars in the same way
that some alternative printers make photographs. I drive Citroens . If I
lived in a bigger street I would have a DS. Now they are far from simple,
but very beautiful.

Toodle Pip, y'all.
