Bob,

I've tested Tmax films, inadequately, in some of my more esoteric
developers and have found, on the whole, that they don't work very well.
Tmy was a special project, it doesn't work well in paraphenylene diamine
developers and pyrocatechin was bitterly disappointing. I haven't used
PMK as many people on this list seem to, probably because my old Pyro
acetone formula performs so wonderfully and is so convenient, despite the
loss in speed. I had pretty much figured it was a conventional film only
developer. I may be one of the few holdouts; I just don't like tmax for
a variety of reasons -- not the least of which is the failures my
students encounter when they try to process it in FG7. So I just avoid
the stuff.

Does anyone else use TMAX films with brontosaurial developers? How do
you find it works?
