So far as I understand it Carlos had APIS planned for the weekend around
18/19 July.
I have the lecture theatre at Bath for 4/5 July but could probably, for
plan B, get it for 3 July as well.
I have the Long Gallery for an exhibition for three weeks until 12 July
when it i=s the intention to move it to Oporto all other things being
equal.
I am cooperating with a travel agent for Hands-On Pictures. I may be able
to get them to handle APIS or the mini APIS as well.
It would be helpful to have a little more information as to what the plans
are for Plan A, for example the size of the hall, where we are to meet,
what exhibition space there wiil be and how much it will cost. There was
talk of workshops in Lisbon. Will there be workshops in Oporto?
I was hoping for an excuse to visit Lisbon. APIS seemed to provide it. I
hope that it still does.
