Excuse my interuption but Kimdura did sound familiar to me. I was looking
for some last year. I have a barcode printer which I am using now with a
roll of Kimdura 4"x4" self adhering strips, which is probably what you
don,t want. It is expensive. I bought a case of 8 rolls @ x# of ft. for
nearly $500. The surface does a gloss sheen with a pearlescent look. I
use it with a thermal transfer printer; which means I have an ink roll and
heat applies the ink, much like carbon paper, to the film.
