I have found AQA bulbs to be extremely contrasty in my gravure work
even with a 5% dichromate solution(as opposed to 3%). Cartwright Mills
in "Photogravure" recommends 5% with sunlight and 3% with artificial
sources. This makes me think the AQA bulbs are closer to actual
sunlight. There is a very good two part thread on this somewhere in
the archives.
Can anyone comment on the difference in contrast between G-35 and
G-25?
