Kerik-
We have made our own for 30x50 inch prints the trays are about 40x60 and they
have been around for over a year. Started with 1/4 inch clear pleix-glass,
have the guys who sell it cut it down to size. The just glued them together.
First glue was #3 weld-on clear water thin, very fast curing solvent cement
for joining acrylic. This you put on with a hypo needle affair and let it
dry....5 seconds. This will keep it together, do one side at a time, then use
#16 weld-on clear thickened cement for acrylic and draw a bead with it along
the inside and outside edge. I use super heated developer and have stressed
these trays to the max...no breakage in a year.
