It's probably more complicated than that even if they agree to. One is a for-
profit company, and another one is a non-profit organization. The transactions
will be legal, so there is no *real* problem, but the paperwork must be very
clear in order to avoid any question in the future.
I would stay away from such kind of arrangement.
The exchange rate that Judy was given wasn't that high. And one only needs to
do that once in about 2 years, so I think it is best to keep everything
simple.
