In an effort to streamline the operation of the
alt-photo-process-l@usask.ca mailing I have set up a web page to aid in
conflict resolution.

This web page is set up to allow people to email messages to other
concerned members of the alt-photo-process-l community off list.
The details are on the page, but to summarize:
The web page is set up to do two things.
1) It creates a list of email address, anyone can add their email address
to this list.
2)It sends email messages to everyone who has added their email address to
the list.
This page will work similar to a mailing list.
Why?
I think it is necessary for the alt-photo-process-l community discuss and
resolve conflicts. I can not and will not be responsible for policing and
discipling the list. It needs to be done on a "community" basis.
It is seems counterproductive to endlessly discuss conflict issues on the
list itself. There will always be disagreements, but they should not
overshadow the purpose of the list.
This is entirely voluntary. If you are concerned about the long-term
survival of this mailing list, I urge you to participate in this project.
Lets try this and see how it works.
