Just scanned through your interesting post and will comment more when
I've looked closer. I'm not certain that a "redevelop" is a perfect
parallel to orginal pyro development, but much of your data "feels
right" based on my development of real-world pictures. I do find that
TXT/pyro is a wonderful combination for printing both in Pt and on VC
silver papers, and have found tray development in PMK and rotary
processing in "rollo" both work very well. Speaking of which, if you are
looking for a non-staining pyro formula, or at least a low-staining one,
just use "rollo" in a tray--without the massive aeration of rotary
processing it produces classic high acutance pyro negs with little
stain.
