I have just puchased one of the cheap dabbler cameras without front tilt or
swing but I think it is a good starting point and very affordable. Say $300
for the complete outfit and you have it right.
I suggest you try www.Ebay.com and look under large format photo equipment.
That's where I got mine and if you have $600 or so you can usually find a nice
Deardorf.
