I'm going to risk an "inappropriate" post which may have some humor value.

This is how West Virginians define certain computer related terms.

Log On - Makin a wood stove hotter.
Log Off - Don't add no more wood.
Monitor - Keeping an eye on the wood stove so you don't burn the dang house
          down.
Download - Gettin the farwood offen the truck.
Mega Hertz - When yer not kerful gettin the farwood.
RAM - That thing that splits farwood.
Hard Drive - Gettin home in the winter time.
Prompt - What the mail ain't in the winter time.
Windows - What to shut wen its cold outside.
Screen - What to shut wen it's blak fly season.
Byte - What them dang flys do.
Chip - What you eat when watchen TV.
Micro Chip - Whut's in the bottom of the chip bag.
Modem - Whut you done in the hay field.
Dot Maxtrix - Old Dan Matrix's wife.
Lap Top - Where kitty sleeps.
Keyboard - Where you hang the dang keys.
Mouse - Whut eats the grain in the barn.
Mainframe - Whut holds up the barn roof.
Port - Fancy flatlander wine.
Enter - Yankee talk for, "C'mon in y'all."
Mouse Pad - Whut them durn hippies call a rat hole.
