thanks jeff - i remember actually a lot of different sugars are involved in
cellulose depending on the plant--xylose is one that rings a bell in fact
because that i recall is really hard for the enzymes to work on--but i
wouldn't have posted just for that -- and i know a lot of you will think i
am ridiculous for asking -- but don't worry about that -- would be glad to
confirm it for you -- but what do you know about this term "optical isomer"
? i mean being a visual artist who works with optics -- i can't help
myself -- it ain't quite alt process maybe -- but then i'll just make a pt
print about it so i can ask does anybody know what an optical isomer is?
