Elastoseal for bellows repair and /or making?

Hello all...

Wasn't there a bit of discussion sometime ago about
using Elastoseal as a bellows repair material, and / or
using it for bellows making? I believe the product was called
Elastoseal, and it was stated that it was used originally for
roofing repair...it supposedly stayed pliable through quite
a large temperature range...does anyone have further details?
