A comment as well about bellows - Leather bellows do dry out, and can
definitely benefit from conditioning. I use Lexol on the outside of my
bellows periodically to protect it. It's a water based product that
doesn't affect glues, etc, and keeps them pliable enough to bend without
breaking. It's well worth using and only costs 4-5$ per container,
availably from most shoemakers.
