Bill, I made something like that only different, then I never used it
because the river flowed on. I also don't know if it would work with a
jobo because it would reduce the diameter. But, for what it's worth --

I was doing tube development (open at both ends in a tray) & came up
against same problem -- film sticking to the inside, with resultant flow
currents, etc.

So I bought some acrylic rods & I have that hypodermic and the methylene
chloride for cementing plexi (doesn't everyone?), which made it easy to
attach the "ribs" to inside of the tube. But the tube wasn't big enough
so I bought a really nice big one and some more ribs. They sit to this day
as a virtual bouquet on my counter, rods inside the tube like long-stemmed
roses.

Getting that far, though, it looked like it would be fine. Whether Jobo
can deal with it, I dunno. If you don't want to wreck yr jobo & have the
diameter to spare you could do this on a cylinder that would slip into it.
