If a file is attached: put at the beginning of the message area that there
is an attachment,
its expected size, and sufficient detail about it to show its authenticity.
E.g "This is the file on Zara, as promised".
Quick protection against Melissa is to filter out messages over say, 40K and
have them automatically deleted off the server.
