As you know, I am not the "hysteric" type, but I can assure everyone that
carbon tetrachloride is extremely toxic, a respiratory carcinogen even in small
quantities. In a closed area, it displaces oxygen in the lungs and can cause
asphyxiation. Dangerous stuff. A shame, because it's completely non-flammable
while most common solvents are flammable.
