Tests here show oiling the Epson Back Light paper increases speed about
two stops. Contrast changes too with oiling so you'll have to make a new
curve. There are no paper fibers to show up in your prints. There does
seem to be some inconsistency with the product: some batches have tiny
"holes" in the clay that, while they might not show up on a light box
(the material's intended use), they can cause little black specks in
contact prints.
I'm getting exposure times of about 3 min. but that's with a pretty
intense UV source.
