In my experience ask the people whose space you are showing in. Or as you
have done by posting, ask those who work in your field who are selling
work. I often find that other people often advise you better than you can
arrive at yourself. Perhaps because we are so close to our own work that
we find it hard to see the intrinsic value and therefore what someone is
willing to pay for our work. Keep in mind too that WHERE you are showing
is also an important consideration - and perhaps take a look around at
other shows presenting similar work...
But yes it is a difficult thing to arrive at - best of luck and all the
best for the show too..
