replacement bellows?

Forgive me if this is a question you've answered many times, but can anyone recommend a place to buy replacement bellows for 8x10 Deardorff, and whether the "standard" nylon (or is it rubber?) material is acceptable. The traditionalist in me would enjoy leather, but the light weight in my wallet isn't so sure.
