If 'Neterland' is the Netherlands I do not understand the item of the soft
water, I life in the south of Holland with a very hard water of nearly 30
degree of Dh, and about 5 Miles to the east (and it is still Holland) they
have a soft water of 7 degrees.
About the hardening of gelatine, may I suggest the 'Judy' adagium from the
old days : look for the archives'.
