Hi Dan,
Dick called last week to say that he finally received a copy from the
publisher and that the rest were on a slow boat from China (it was printed
in Hong Kong). As a contributor, I am supposed to receive a comp copy, but
it ain't here yet. I just checked a few bookstore websites and it is listed
at photo-eye with no note on availability, amazon says not yet available,
barnes and noble says 1-2 weeks. Publication date is still listed as April
1999, so go figure. Anyhow, it should be widely available very soon.
