Black specs appear for no apparent reason from time to time on all
papers when making platinum prints, but anecdotal evidence seems to be
that Platine is more susceptible to thisproblem than most.
PHOTO Techniques has quite a few subscribers in Europe but I'm afraid I
don't know if it is sold on any newsstands there. You might try asking
about it on the PT website.---Carl
