A recent article in View Camera(Mar/Apr 2000) has a wonderful article on
AZO papers and how beautiful images printed on them can be.
I assume they have a very long longevity(as long as most standard Fiber
prints) but I'd like someone to comment on this issue.
They quoted Ansel Adams in the article stating that the AZO paper properly
Selenium toned was one of the most satisfactory prints he ever made.
There is a piece that also describes how Freestyle came to offer it
recently and the gentleman who seems to have rescued the paper from Kodak's
plan to discontinue it is the author of the article, Michael Smith.
Thanks Michael!
