Hi Joao,
Impossible to be sure without seeing, but quite possible that you have not
allowed the silver to dry long enough. Sensitivity is affected by humidity,
and if there are damp patches...
By "damp", I don't necessarily mean wet enough to spoil the negative.
Usually the problem shows itself as a darker area in the centre of the
image.
