Amazon.co.uk are listing the book as are silverprint themselves.
I got mine from Amazon.co.uk and it is a conventionally bound paperback, but
I believe the one silverprint sells is spiral bound so it will lie flat.
List price for the one I have is £18.50 (GBP), the spiralbound one from
silverprint is £19.50. Both plus carriage..
