Lead Acetate Toner for POP

I notice that the Formulary has a combined lead acetate toner/fixing
bath for pop prints. I have some doubts as to the archivalness of POP
prints using a combined toner/fixer. Does anyone out there have the
formula for a simple lead acetate/gold toner for POP?
