Ya know... There is a product made for doing just this... It's
available in art/office supply stores. It's called a "Turf pack Color
Blender". It looks like a felt tip marker that you rub onto the area
of your print or color copy (B&W also) that you want to transfer and
then rub some onto the paper you want to transfer to...put the two
treated spots face to face...rub some more pressing the two papers
together with a spoon back or something of that sort...peel them
apart...and an image has tranfered.
 I've also seen it done with a latex paint softener called "Goof Off".
It's available in hardware stores and is intended to be used for
cleaning up dry drips of paint off your floor. Brush a quick thin coat
over the print or copy- press against paper- & rub together.
