Their was a story on the PBS radio business show "Marketplace"
about the fact that the price of palladium has doubled in the last
year and my very well go much higher. The problem seems to
be that old rascal Russia again, and the perception that they are not
reliable as a source. Since Pd is used in car exhaust catalytic converters,
the major car manufactures are stockpiling the metal.
Maybe photographers should form a buyers co-op.
