Hi Stuart,
There is (was?) a company called the Chicago Albumen Works, but contrary
to their name, AFAIK the do not produce Albumen paper, only POP paper
(if they still do).
OTOH producing albumen paper isn't that hard, although maybe a bit messy
when making the albumen solution.
