Yes.  It was in San Francisco (no surprises there) a long time ago.  One
popular suggestion was "person access chamber".  It is in the archives of
Esquire's Dubious Achievement Awards (that's back when Esquire was a real
man's magazine).  I guess I should put one of those smiley faces after
that...
