Hello list members,

    I am going to try to make holographic recording plates from a formula
from a recent paper published in the Imaging Science Journal. One method of
coating the plates with emulsion that the paper describes very briefly, is
the use if a Meyer bar (7 windings per cm). What is a Meyer bar?, can it be
made?, bought? and how do you use it?

    Also what is the cheapest way to produce deionized water in small
amounts?
