Humidity bad for paper.  However, this does not preclude the hanging of
prints in variable humid areas such as bathrooms.  The print can be
matted as typical, placed between two pieces of glass, then sealed with
water proof tape on all four edges.  This should help prevent the
infiltration of moisture during the time of high humidity in the bath. 
Another precaution would be to only display prints that could be
reprinted if damaged.

In general, it seems to be a good idea to always include a vapor/pest
barrier behind the mat (such as a piece of Mylar film), and tape the
open edges so as to prevent dust or insects from entering.
